Wemind Health is looking for an HR Recruiter / HR Executive - who can find sales executives for company.

Location - in Bangalore.

HR recruiter - Job Responsibility / Monthly Recruitment Target is to:

1.) Monthly Find 30 "Sales Executives" for the company from - Direct Campus Placement / recruitments.

Or Organically via online job portals posting.

Salary Structure will be as follows -

1.) No Salary for the first 3 Months (90 days) or till you achieve & find 90 Sales Executives for the company.

2.) After Achieving Monthly 30 recruitment Target every month for consistently for 3 months.

From the 4th month - We will offer you a salary of Rs 1 Lakh per month (In Hand.)

3.) Apart from your above Salary, we will also give you Equity Worth Rs 25 Lakh, after 24 months of working with us & on basis of your performance.

(If you want equity we can give you equity, if you don't want equity, then we can give you cash / money too. Its your choice - equity or cash.)
