There’s a cost to carrying strength like armor.
You become the person everyone leans on — but forget what it feels like to lean.
Being strong doesn’t mean being okay.
And it’s okay to say: I’m tired. I need help. I don’t want to do this alone.
Because real strength?
It includes softness. Rest. Vulnerability.
