All research points to movement and exercise being the biggest contributor to our healthspans (the number of years that we live pain and disease free).

Yet, most spaces are designed for performance, pressure, short term goals and content creation aesthetics.

The result : fitness is a game for the already fit.

When we set out to choose the formats that we offer at SAMA, our goal was simple- to enable beginners and those returning to wellness after a break to feel safe, supported and consistent.

Meet Gargi from SAMA - The Calm Mind Studio ✨

Gargi brings a beautiful blend of movement arts and yoga into every session. Her journey began in 2019, guided by a deep curiosity about the mind and a desire to reconnect inward.

With 100, 200 & 500-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings and advanced studies in Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, her sessions are graceful, grounding, and beginner-friendly.

At SAMA, she guides Aerial Fitness, Floating Hammocks (Yoga Nidra) and Dynamic Vinyasa Flow creating calm, confident spaces where you can move, slow down, breathe deeply and tune in.

Outside the mat, Gargi loves dancing, exploring new movement forms, and letting rhythm lead her joy.
