Does GOOD SLEEP help get better results from Corona vaccination and does it have any relation with immunity?

Do's & Dont's
1. Sleep more than 7 hours a day
2. Take food 2 to 3 hours before you sleep
3. Don’t drink coffee before sleep. Limit coffee to 3 cups a day.
4. Avoid using computer, smart phone before sleep as blue light effects on brain.
5. Watch your TV while you are seated not while lying on the bed.
