A 41-year-old male diagnosed with Myocarditis, Cardiogenic Shock, and Acute Kidney Injury was on high dual inotropic support.
The ICATT team initiated VA-ECMO and safely transferred the patient from Kakinada to Hyderabad for advanced cardiac care.
