The little one’s aren’t littles anymore.

They are growing up 😁

3 years 🙌🏻

They were 4 yrs when they started.

Get them young, get them right.

Put them in touch with the teacher who can guide them towards light 💡

Asana is a start & for now is the most interesting for them now, lot more of learning is gonna happen in the upcoming years 🤗

Looking forward to seeing them do the Veda parayana 🙂

I teach the kids aged 4-12 on Monday,Wednesday & Friday @ 5pm.

Everyone has to learn to be aware & mindful in their own presence

We need to start this at a young age

Everyday disconnecting from the mundane is a blessing

Looking inward is a blessing

Disconnect from the outside

Reconnect inside

The more you’re lost in the outside pleasures

The more unhappy you are on the inside

Incompleteness in one’s own life or word lead to displeasure

Displeasure leads to unhappiness

Unhappiness leads to confusion

Confusion leads to hatred

Hatred lead to anger

Anger leads to delusion

Delusion lead to depression

Depression leads to seclusion

Seclusion leads to sickness

All the above can be averted, All you need do is start
