ನಿಮ್ಮ ಯೋಗ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲು ನಾನು ಪ್ರತಿ ಸೋಮವಾರ 1 ಆಸನ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸದ ವೀಡಿಯೊವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ಇದು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಹರಿಕಾರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿಯಾಗಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ದೇಹ, ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆಳವಾದ ಸಂಪರ್ಕವನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲು ನೀವು ಬಯಸಿದರೆ ಇದು ಸೂಕ್ತವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಯೋಗಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಇದು ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ
