Ananya has a background in HR and has worked extensively in the corporate world in the IT, ITES and Travel domains. I love chanting, it gives me a lot of peace of mind. When I chant, I sometimes experience shivers and tears rolling down my eyes. The experience is very powerful.

-Chanting has helped me be grounded always. 🌻
-Better focus 🌻
-Be more mindful 🌻
-Stress release🌻

I try to include this practice before and after my yoga practice. Or first thing in the morning, I’d play some chants to start my day.

Suggestion: it’s a great idea to inculcate this practice into your lifestyle. 🌸🦋

Dance is a flow of energy that I create within my body and mind. It’s a a wave of this beautiful sense of life and movement.

Move as much as you can through the day.
The other ways of movement could be steps.
Use the stair ways instead of an elevator.
Get up to get your own job done, don’t command and demand.
Walk instead of driving, if it’s close.

Have a moving Monday and a beautiful week ahead 💜

Let me take you through our love story. Actually I wanted to document it for my page and hoped to inspire but wasn’t sure if I would succeed in achieving it by end of the month. Wasn’t sure about the unknown.

The bar was always there, strong and steady, literally luring me to to come hug him and I think I fell for it 😀😀😀

I’m never tried pull ups and chin ups and like every month, I challenge my body, July was all about pull ups and chin ups. I strengthened, learnt and studied new techniques and how to go about it everyday, and soo I did, come what may I was soo determined to do it 😀 and here today I can do 10 chin ups easily ❤️

This post is to just tell you, that if you make up your mind to do something, you can actually do it 🌸

Thank you July, you were awesome ❤️ looking forward to August with so much more to learn and grow 🌸

December my favourite you.

While I’m looking forward to a new year. I’m also fully present and focused on enjoying life. I must say, even though this year has not been a great one for most of us, for me it has been a meaningful one..

It got me to do so many things I wasn’t aware I could do. The new feathers kept adding soo much more to my life..

Apart from being a Fitness and Lifestyle Coach, I took on to being a ‘Crazy Plant Lady’, B**g food chef, A full time parent to a four legged, Soo much retrospection.
Soo much time for self love and self care, soo much time to reset..

It’s ‘easy’ to quit but if you’re chasing your dreams, never quit too early, Keep at it.

Life is full of paradoxes. There’s never one truth or ‘right’ path. The only path that’s right is YOUR path.

Let’s start thinking about the new year, but don’t forget to be in the moment during the final days of this year. Have a good time and enjoy the Christmas season 🧑‍🎄

And when January 1st comes, wake up, get to work, and keep looking forward.
