There’s a special kind of brain shutdown that only nutrition coaches understand.
You start the day helping clients eat more protein, track their meals, balance their hormones, drink their water, manage stress…
and by evening you’re surviving on two sips of coffee and pure willpower. 😭💀

Some days I go from
“Add fiber” → “Please eat real meals” →
“That’s not enough protein” → “Deep breaths, you’re doing great” →
“Let’s fix your hormones” →
“Why are you skipping breakfast again?”
on REPEAT.

And then comes the food logs.
All. 27. Of. Them.
Macros, mistakes, wins, panic texts, cravings, emotional eating, work stress, everything in one day.
Coach mode is basically part nutritionist, part therapist, part detective, part wizard. 🪄

So yes… when the curtains close, that’s literally MY ENERGY logging out for the day.
System shutting down. Try again tomorrow.
But hey — wouldn’t trade this job for anything. 🤍💪

Try surviving on client calls, cortisol, and cold chai 😭☕

25 check-ins.
10 WhatsApp messages starting with “Quick question…”
3 clients who “forgot to log meals”…
And 1 who just texted — “Weight not lost this week, any quick fix?” 😭💀

Meanwhile, your chai’s cold, your cortisol’s high, and your own B12 reminder just popped up again 🙃
You’re teaching balance while running on fumes.
Explaining metabolism while yours is in survival mode 🧘‍♀️🔥

Behind every calm, “Don’t worry, we’ll fix your hormones,”
…is a nutritionist whispering “same, girl, same” between sips of reheated caffeine ☕💚

We’re not just counting macros — we’re managing meltdowns, mood swings, and missed logs.
Next time your dietitian replies late, be kind — she’s probably refueling her nervous system 😅

Because sometimes, discipline is the default for clients…
but burnout’s the baseline for us 💀
