There’s a special kind of brain shutdown that only nutrition coaches understand.
You start the day helping clients eat more protein, track their meals, balance their hormones, drink their water, manage stress…
and by evening you’re surviving on two sips of coffee and pure willpower. 😭💀
Some days I go from
“Add fiber” → “Please eat real meals” →
“That’s not enough protein” → “Deep breaths, you’re doing great” →
“Let’s fix your hormones” →
“Why are you skipping breakfast again?”
on REPEAT.
And then comes the food logs.
All. 27. Of. Them.
Macros, mistakes, wins, panic texts, cravings, emotional eating, work stress, everything in one day.
Coach mode is basically part nutritionist, part therapist, part detective, part wizard. 🪄
So yes… when the curtains close, that’s literally MY ENERGY logging out for the day.
System shutting down. Try again tomorrow.
But hey — wouldn’t trade this job for anything. 🤍💪
