Yogatree Yogatree is an unique and dedicated space for yoga practice created by Mayuri

Mayuri discovered yoga when she was trying to recover from a life threatening accident. Having until that point being fully involved in a demanding corporate environment, Mayuri felt deeply attarcted to the idea of helping others with the knowledge that she had so intimately experienced. Yogatree is therefore designed around her interactions with students, each elements serving as an encouragement to practice, a practice that helps you benefit from the fruit of the Tree of Yoga

When we let go of the battle against body and mind, both the body and mind are offered the freedom to reveal to us the inner peace that is already present. Surrender all effort. Surrender into sensation. Surrender completely.

Celebrating FREEDOM today in all its various forms! Freedom to move is freedom to change our state(of being,of relating,of mind etc) both internally and externally. When we have the freedom to change our state we have the freedom to change our world and that’s something we have to celebrate! 🎊🎉

How to be patient with your asana practice?
“Please don't be worried. Regular practitioners been there and I still struggle at few asanas. This happens.
My request, never question your own body. Respect it and give it time. It will evolve as your practice gets deeper. 🤗”
-Srikkanth ,our old time member of Yogatree, who never fails to encourage other fellow practitioners with his learning experiences and insights.
