Oh yes! Because it's chock full of K2.
Vitamin K2 is sometimes also referred to as " Grass fed Vitamin"
Read this very carefully!!👇
Vitamin K1 is abundantly found in green leafy vegetables. When cows, chickens or pigs ( any animal) consume this green, chlorophyll containing plants, they ingest K1 and convert it into K2.
Grazing animals accumulate vitamin K2 in their tissues in direct proportion to the amount of K1 in their diet.

Fresh grass in the cow's diet improves the nutrient content and flavour of the ghee/butter in direct proportion to the amount of green fodder she takes in. - Booth SL, Nutr Rev 1997. ( DM to get the full citation)
P.S. One of the most interesting thing that I read and wanna share with you all is "when the ghee is made in spring and fall season ( when the cows are out to pasture) and during the full or waxing moon days, it's nutrition quality increases to ten folds"
