🩺 Case of the Week | Surgical Oncology
A 40-year-old female was diagnosed with carcinoma of the right breast.
The tumor was localized with clips, and she received neoadjuvant chemotherapy, showing a partial clinical response.
She subsequently underwent Matrix Rotation Oncoplastic Surgery along with Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy (SLNB).
The final histopathology report showed a partial response to chemotherapy with clear surgical margins, ensuring good oncological safety while preserving breast shape and aesthetics.
This case highlights the effectiveness of oncoplastic techniques in combining cancer control with excellent cosmetic outcomes.
