Say You Made It - Kitchen Say You Made It - Kitchen is a home catering service, serving you only on weekends with a curated and hand-picked menu.

I would love to connect with you on queries and food-related discussions continue to be our jam! We will be serving you recipes that have been in the family and that have also recently been developed in-house. The fare varies from a traditional home grown recipes of Hyderabadi, Dakhani and West Bengal influence - with Euro-Med, pan-asian also added to the mix. We are doing weekend orders for individual portions for now, as we get up and running and slowly begin to accomodate you more and serve you better. We are babies again, after the hiatus we were on, so we would love the support with testimonials and feedbacks as well as reccomendations to your friends as we rely heavily on . Please do write in with suggestions and thoughts!

Say You Made It - Kitchen is back this weekend to cater to all Biryani groupies.

Taking orders by the kilo - where 1 kg serves 7-8 in a Meaty Mutton Biryani dream come true with the classic Kaddu ka Dalcha and Dahi ki Chutney on the side and of course our most beautiful Kheer.

Priced at 2,800/kg all in!
Place your orders as early as you can on Friday and you round up the troops for lunch on Saturday.

And so the 3rd of October 2020 we mark as " *Samosa Saturday* as usual we will be taking orders until Friday evening. There will be some room to maneuver! Chicken Tahari is coming up this Saturday serves with a cool and zesty cucumber raita and everyone's favorite trifle pudding . Rich with spices, and vegetables, deliciously braised chicken our Tahari or Tehri, or Tehari is delicious meal thats easy to get right. We wanted to serve you a meal that usually featured after several days of wedding celebrations when you finally need to eat some.veggies, yet keep things festive.
History has it that this dish was created in the awadhi courts in India for the book keepers who were Brahmins. But again this got adapted as a street food and therein came the confluence of meat and vegetables with a concentration of spices.
We'd love for.you to try this dish which on some days my husbands believes is even better than a biryani! As controversial as that statement is, what's true is that its pretty delightful and easily one more for the post lunch food comas. Orders are coming in fast, prices at Rs.500/- for a large portion that serves 1 but could be good for 2 as well.

The thing about Alu Gosht Ka Korma is that its got everything to make it a perfect meal, regardless of occasion, mood, company. Best enjoyed with hot, with endless servings available. We know at Say You Made It - Kitchen we are huge fans and we have a few versions of this the ALU gosht ka korma that we will bring to you over the course of the coming weeks. This version is cooked with a tomato and coconut base to form the tangy rich curry. Served with the fluffiest, most fragrant basmati khuska with lots of birista and our signature kachoomar which just makes each morsel perfectly so. This Saturday,the 6th of September - we are brining back our stupefyingly delicious burgers. I am wont to be partial to the food coming out of my kitchen - but I'm this case it really just isn't me. There have been not very tall claims that these burgers are excellent and the only reason for brining these back though we were certain we didn't want to do any repeats this soon was overwhelming requests. We will be open to.taking orders in the week for our burgers for a minimum.order of 4 ... So please make note and make haste to book these for Saturday since our orders are fast filling.

What makes our burgers just so, is that we've taken care to build it up with care so that each bite is consistently delicious and juicy and bursting with its complex but unifying structure.

What makes a samosa so irresistibly edible? Why is one never enough, and what is it about deep fried pastry with a meaty filling that captivates all the taste buds and pleasure sensors with such command? I love me a good Samosa, I'm partial to literally any type of filling as long as it doesn't have raisins in it and the crisper, thinner and flakier the casing - the more pleasure in each bite.

There is also a certain universality to this savory pastry. Its natural build makes it easy to adapt itself to almost all pallette and cultures and there is something that at one makes it accessible and appetizing at once.

These Samosas are always available with us . and all you have to do DM us a day in advance and we can have these babies popping for you anytime of the week. No one should be deprived of a samosa wherever, whenever they need or want it.
