In your most private moments- as discussed with clinicians during the Allo Sexual Health Certificate Course as visiting faculty for the module of Women's Sexual Wellness.

During your pregnancy- as discussed with mothers-to-be during Everheal's weekly webinars.

As a psychiatrist, I spend everyday talking about mental health.

Emotions aren't good or bad. They just are.
What we do with them, how we express them, why we're feeling that way at this moment- now those questions can be figured out.
So, this Ugadi, let's look forward to a life full of emotions - happy, sad, angry, surprised, disappointed or hopeful- a life full of flavours and experiences.
And if it gets difficult from time to time- don't worry, it's ok to ask for help!
