In the year 2003, Futura Surgicare Pvt Ltd launched the Dolphin Sutures brand of surgical sutures. Within a period of 10 years, the company has expanded its portfolio of wound closure devices by launching surgical mesh with the brand name Dolphin Mesh, skin staplers with the brand name Dolphin Stapler and surgical tapes with the brand name Dolphin Tape. The company’s manufacturing facilities are based in Bangalore and is equipped with a Class 10,000 manufacturing area, in- house ETO sterilizers and houses a fully equipped Quality Control Laboratory.
