The king of all asanas. Shirashasana. Benefits of shirshasana are needless to say. Different kinds of shirshasana are shown here with arms placed in different positions. One might ask it’s only arms placed in different places and rest of the inverted position is the same. Well, the different placement of arms changes the body’s centre of gravity posing a new challenge each time.
