Sunday group meditation in Bangalore!

Meditation is panacea for all ailments. It stills, grounds, revives, offers insights into depths of our conciousness and at times triggers transformative healing. If you meditate religiously for 7 years it rejuvenates you back to 21 years of your life! Meditating in a group intensifies it further. They say 7 people meditating together makes the experience 100 times intense than what individually they can experience.
I am feeling inspired to restart the weekend group meditation gathering at my place in Bangalore. It's open for all, for experienced Practitioners to connect with like minded people, the irregular ones who need motivation to get going and someone who just wants to try it once to see if it connects with them.
We meditate, sometimes with planned intent, sometimes guided by group energy, on silence, can be a guided or channeled​ one too at times accompanied by sound healing, ending with blessing our intent, family, work etc.

My article on energetic influence of environment, people, home and workplace on our health and different states, featured in Life Positive magazine, this month's edition.
Conciously and subconsciously we keep exchanging energies with people and environment which not always have a good influence on our physical, emotional and mental states because they are not part of our energy system at first place!. It can not only drain us of our physical, mental, emotional potential but hold us back from our work related accomplishments too.
