I felt, sending a simple thank you note would not suffice in this case and this mail should convey more than that. Honestly, I was amazed by the kind of follow up
and the priority accorded to all our cases right from pre-authorization till final settlement at the time of discharge from the hospital for any of our employees and their families.

Thank you for the excellent coordination and all the assistance provided with reference to my Apollo Munich / FHPL claim settlement at Manipal Hospital during my daughter's hospitalization between 4th March 2012 and 6th March 2012.
