The beer came in an elegant looking Champagne style brown-green bottle.Pours a beautiful slightly hazed honey color with a creamy froth. It looks like a pancake that just sits there, superb hangtime. It finally reduces to a silky canopy and a fluffy ring..
The very cohesive flavor profile sets off fireworks in my mouth with each sip. Starts off with a malt flavor that rolls of your tongue, changing in a big hop kick of citrusy and honey flavors...

The finish offers a slight hop bite, making your mouth water for the next sip. Those of you that think you don’t like IPAs because they are too bitter,then this beer is like tasting history in a glass!.

Its clear that 'Meantime' puts a lot of time, effort and hops in recreating an authentic IPA, and in my opinion they have succeeded..

Beer Name : Christoffel Bier

About the Beer:
Christoffel Bier is a double hopped, bottom fermented, unfiltered light golden craft beer. A very nice pilsner that goes down quite nicely. The beer has an excellent balance with a solid fruity backing & plenty of flavours to keep you interested while remaining refreshing & easy to drink throughout. It has minimal initial sweetness and an exciting bitter bite which is not excessive. The finish is quite long, hoppy, bitter and soft. Drinking this beer at a cold temperature reveals the aroma of a perfect spring day. Definitely a different kind of pilsner and pretty good too...!!
