About the Facilitator:
Shreyanka Shetty Cherian has been practicing Yoga for about 30 years. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT300) in 2020. She believes in integrating strength and flexibility, while being present to your body needs. She offers classes to all, from beginners to advanced.

Note: It is recommended you carry your own personal own Yoga Mat supporting your journey. However, there are also few mats available at the studio, in case you don't have one
