When I started writing this book, I was not “writing a book.”
I was… jotting things down after the clinic. Sometimes, in the middle of a consultation, a patient said something that stuck. Half thoughts.Fragments. One line here, three lines later. Some days, it came from irritation.
Why do people repeat the same mistake even after advice? On other days, from curiosity.
“Why is common sense not common?”
Slowly, those scraps became 50 essays.Short.Simple.True.
They are not perfect. They are real.
Some are funny because real life is funny.
Some are sharp because the reality of health can be uncomfortable.
I wrote it for the person who says, I wish someone would explain health in a way I can actually remember.
The book’s out now — AyurCentral stores across Bengaluru have it.
If you read it, don’t sprint. One essay. One day. Let it breathe.
And if one page shifts something, even slightly, that’s enough.
That’s why it exists. Thank you.
