🥗 Elevate your office lunch game with this quick and easy salad hack! 🌱 Life's hectic, we get it, but embracing a healthy lifestyle can be a game-changer for your efficiency and long-term well-being. 💪

1. 🥦 Grab 3 separate bowls for water-rich veggies, zesty citrus picks, and your favorite dressing or dips.

2. 🍲 Portion out the goodness in each bowl – keep those nutrients intact!

🚨 Excessive salt intake can trigger muscle spasms, elevate blood pressure, damage kidneys, cause edema, and even escalate the risk of heart stroke and stomach cancer. 😱

Experts advise capping your salt intake at 2300 mg daily, equivalent to just one teaspoon. 🥄
