When “I’m fine” becomes a habit. ➿️➿️
We often say “I’m fine” not because we are — but because it feels easier than explaining the storm within.
But silence can be heavy.
The more we hold things in, the more they start holding us back.
Expressing what we feel — through words, writing, or seeking support — isn’t a sign of weakness.
It’s a sign of emotional strength. 💫
Because it takes courage to be honest, to be seen, and to be real.
