Everyone says they’re “fine,” “happy,” “positive.”
But have you ever really sat with yourself?

Can you hold your vibration when life tests you?
Your awakening begins the moment you stop running from these questions.

I hear so many people talk about the importance of slowing down, letting go, and just existing in the moment. But lately, I’m finding that so much harder than it sounds.
​Even when I try to stay grounded, my mind keeps drifting back to old chapters—replaying memories of times that were heavy, or focusing on plans that life disrupted. It’s difficult to sit with the "now" when the past still feels so loud.
​But every day, I’m trying. I’m learning that healing isn't a straight line. It’s just trying to be a little gentler than yesterday, accepting where I am, and holding onto the hope that things settle in their own time. Some days are still a struggle, but then there are these small, quiet moments where the noise fades, and I catch myself actually loving exactly where I am right now. 🤍
