FiiTNESS PLUS started in the year 2005 by Dr Suresh from a professional desire to deliver the most effective exercise, nutrition and health solutions, combined with the most up to date knowledge and science, supported by expert hands-on client skills.

We are committed to educating and supporting all our clients to maintain the health, fitness and lifestyle changes they achieve here at FiiTNESS PLUS.

We have very strong and valuable relationships with allied health professionals including chiropractors, physiotherapists, doctors and massage therapists, many of whom we engage to assist us develop the best program for our clients.

We now employ fully qualified personal trainers including Exercise Therapists and Exercise Physiologists to find the best fit for our clients.
