I thought I’d never get through it !

The exhaustion, the uncertainty, the ache—whether in my body or in my mind. It felt endless, like I was trapped in a storm with no way out.

But then, life shifted. Slowly at first, then all at once. Clarity replaced the fog, strength returned, and the things I thought I’d never move past… started fading.

I could breathe again & see again. What once felt like something I could never want to release & let go, now feels like a chapter I no longer need to reread—because even the chapters we once cherished aren’t meant to be read forever.

Maybe that’s how healing works—not just survival, but transformation. We don’t just exist again; we rise—stronger, lighter, and more untouchable than ever before.

And isn’t that what being a woman is all about? Not just to endure, but to evolve. To give endlessly, to feel deeply, and yet, to rise every time. We don’t just exist again; we become stronger, lighter, and freer than ever before.

🍫 What’s your go-to snack? 🌱

For someone with a serious sweet tooth like me, finding a healthier option became must. That’s when my nutritionist suggested me Dark Chocolate —it satisfies my cravings while being mindful of calories and extra sweet. In fact I carry one in my bag when I go out ,that when I want a dessert I replace it with a piece of Dark chocolate.

Packed with antioxidants, it helps fight free radicals, supports heart health, boosts brain function, and even improves mood. It’s lower in sugar compared to other sweets. Just a piece or two is enough to indulge without overdoing it.
