Simple tools to bring you back to balance, anytime, anywhere.

Anxiety can feel overwhelming—but small actions can make a big difference. Here are a few gentle, effective ways to ground yourself when your mind is racing:

🔟 1. Count to 10 — Slowly
Give your mind something to focus on.
With each number, allow yourself to breathe a little easier.

🌬️ 2. Take Deep Breaths
Inhale deeply through your nose… hold… and exhale through your mouth.
Repeat this for a few minutes to reset your nervous system.

☕ 3. Take a Break
Step away from the stressor.
A short walk, a glass of water, or a moment of stillness can bring clarity.

🎯 4. Distract Yourself
Engage in something simple and absorbing:
