From central ops, every case looks like a checklist. But on ground, it’s a marathon our concierges run every day 🏃‍♂️

This time, our team stepped in at Cloudnine Hospital, Bellandur, where a family spent 15 days as their newborn needed extra care under Dr. Pabiyasree Jaganathan.

Day-care treatments are the T20 matches of healthcare - short, fast-paced, and all about precision.

Our concierge, Sandhya, recently supported a DJ stent removal case at Manipal Hospital, Sarjapur under the care of Dr. Manohar Bhadrappa. The patient was admitted at 9:00 AM and discharged by 2:30 PM, with every step from admission to claim approval completed the same day.

At Hamilton Bailey Hospital, a patient underwent tonsil surgery under the expert care of Dr. Safeena. While insurance claims can sometimes drag on, this one broke all records Go Digit approved it in just 25 minutes.

This speed was possible thanks to Gowtham Raj from the hospital, who guided our team through the billing process without a single hiccup, and Talha from Plum, who ensured insurer communication was quick and clear.

Our concierge Danial was on the ground from start to finish managing all the paperwork, coordinating between stakeholders, and even bringing ice cream and idlis to make the patient’s recovery a little sweeter.

Dialysis isn’t just about a machine and a chair it’s about making every minute of the process easier for the patient.

In a recent case at Manipal Hospital, Millers Road, our concierge Karthik supported a client undergoing nephrology dialysis treatment under the care of Dr. M.M. Satish Kumar.

Over three days, Karthik handled everything from admission paperwork to coordinating with departments, so the patient’s family never had to chase for updates.

On discharge day, he worked with ICICI Lombard to secure quick approval, reviewed the bill in detail, and made sure the patient could leave on time.

From “We don’t need your service” to “Thank you so much” - all in one case.

This was the very first case handled by our concierge Aakriti at Giga Health.
A patient was admitted at Sparsh Hospitals, Yelahanka, under the care of Dr. Vivek Gundappa, for conservative lung infection management.

When Aakriti first introduced herself, the family politely told her they didn’t need concierge assistance. She respected their decision but stayed ready if they needed help.

Two days later, on the day of discharge, she got a message from them asking for support. She reached the hospital in 40 minutes, and that’s when the real work began.

With Sparsh Hospital’s billing team working swiftly and Dr. Vivek Gundappa’s support in ensuring all medical updates were clear, Aakriti arranged the bill and sent it to ICICI Lombard. Thanks to the insurer’s quick response and the constant coordination from Soumya Halasagi at Plum, we got the final approval in just 1 hour and 30 minutes.

What started as a “no, thank you” ended with a big smile and heartfelt gratitude.

And a heartfelt thank you to the patient’s family, hospital staff, and everyone who stayed patient and collaborative till the very end.💚

"Everything was ready except the insurance system."

That’s how this maternity discharge turned into a lesson in trust and teamwork.

One of our concierges, Syed, supported a family whose policy had just been renewed 3 days before the delivery. During discharge, they learned that cashless wasn’t possible due to missing policy details and a tie-up issue right when they were expecting to go home.

Understandably, the family was anxious.
Syed tried every route to push for cashless, but when it wasn’t feasible, he sat with the family, explained the reimbursement process, cleared all their doubts, and ensured they felt supported throughout.

It wasn’t the outcome they hoped for but the care and clarity made a big difference.
