Health Central also has strategic tie ups with concierge services, nursing services, “doctor-to-home” services, ambulance services, taxi services and accommodation facilities(for outstation patients). The spread of personalized services creates a complementary ecosystem to the basic need of accessing healthcare. Health Central will book the appointment with the Doctor / Lab / Hosptial, interlock with the TPA, pick him up from residence, accord concierges, get the admission process done, and even help in the discharge formalities. Even the lab reports would be delivered at home. In addition, with the patient’s permission, the Electronic Medical Records would be in an authenticated, secure site which can be accessed from any part of the country so as to be able to maintain continuity of treatment irrespective of his location.
