Trying to become self aware and get an understanding of "who we are" can sometimes be a daunting task....we don't always have to chase that clarity, instead we can choose to build the kind of behaviours and outlook we WANT for ourselves.

Eating just one of these foods might not be enough - pay attention to serving sizes and recommended daily intake so that you don’t get too much of a single vitamin and too little of others. Also to keep your immune system healthy, it's important to get sufficient sleep, exercise regularly, and manage your stress.
