Exercises for Temperomadibular joint pain
Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain is a common inflammation of the jaw joint that causes jaw, facial, and ear pain, clicking, and difficulty chewing.
Causes can include teeth grinding, clenching, injury, and stress.
Exercises:-
1)Self massage for masseter and temporalis muscles
2)Gold fish exercise (Partial)
3) Relaxed jaw exercise
4)Gold fish exercise (Full opening)
5)Chin tucks
6)Resisted opening of the mouth
7)Side to side jaw movement
8)Forward jaw movement
