Navratri Special – Almond Ladoos 🌼

Simple, nourishing, and perfect for fasting days, these almond ladoos make for a wholesome prasad or a comforting festive sweet.

Made using Nutty Yogi Almond Flour and Coconut Sugar, they bring together rich flavours with mindful ingredients β€” just the way festive food should be.

Ingredients:
β€’ Ghee – 2 tbsp
β€’ Saffron milk – ΒΌ cup
β€’ Nutty Yogi Almond Flour – 1 cup
β€’ Coconut flour – Β½ cup
β€’ Nutty Yogi Coconut Sugar / Jaggery powder – Β½ cup
β€’ Cardamom powder – Β½ tsp

Method:
β€’ Heat ghee and saffron milk on low flame until it gently boils.
β€’ Add almond flour and coconut flour. Mix well.
β€’ Stir in sugar/jaggery powder and cardamom powder.
β€’ Cook for 2 minutes until the mixture binds together.
β€’ Let it cool slightly, then shape into ladoos.
β€’ Garnish with chopped almonds and serve.
