Cloudphysician has partnered with to bring AI-enabled patient management to transition care, starting with Antara’s Bannerghatta Care Home in Bengaluru.

Powered by our RADAR platform, the system enables real-time oversight, early detection of complications, and seamless collaboration between bedside teams and Cloudphysician's team of virtual critical care specialists, helping seniors recover faster and safer after hospitalisation.

By combining technology and clinical intelligence, we’re making proactive, data-driven care a reality across every stage of recovery, not just inside hospitals.

Hospital-acquired infections like CLABSI or VAP remain some of the most expensive complications in healthcare. Each case can add 7–10 days of hospitalization, costing tens of thousands, while damaging CMS performance scores.

AINA addresses this through real-time infection control auditing. Its video AI tracks compliance with hand hygiene and sterile protocols, catching risks before they lead to harm. Research in the Am J Infect Control showed AI auditing reduced CLABSI incidence by 56%, a dramatic improvement with direct financial and clinical implications. This is how intelligent monitoring can raise safety standards while reducing unreimbursed costs.

Too often, respiratory distress is caught only after vitals change.

Detecting increased work of breathing as it happens enables timely intervention—preventing readmission, improving outcomes, and boosting hospital ROI

AINA offers hospitals a new advantage. Its computer vision models analyze physical signs such as muscle use, retractions, and breathing effort, flagging subtle deterioration hours earlier than traditional monitors. In these early alert matters, timely intervention can reduce ICU length of stay, saving costs while improving survival. For frontline teams, AINA ensures they’re acting on problems before they escalate into code events.

Inpatient falls are more than accidents; they’re costly setbacks. Each fall adds an average of 6.3 days to the length of stay and costs hospitals around $62,000 per case. 86% of these incidents happen during unattended bed exits.

With AINA, hospitals gain a vigilant video co-pilot that detects risks in real time. Using pose estimation and bed-rail monitoring, AINA flags unsafe movements before harm occurs. AI video systems can reduce falls, helping hospitals not only protect patients but also safeguard reimbursements linked to CMS quality metrics. This is prevention in action, powered by intelligent monitoring.

Undetected delirium can silently extend hospital stays by 3–5 days, costing around $2,500 per patient per day. That’s not just a financial challenge, but a significant burden on staff and bed capacity.

Cloudphysician’s AINA platform changes this. By analyzing video in real time, AINA detects subtle cues of delirium—like restlessness or agitation—before they spiral into prolonged confusion. Early detection can shorten delirium-related stays, directly translating into better patient outcomes and freed capacity. Hospitals adopting this approach move from reactive care to proactive intervention.

From breakfast conversations to global possibilities 🌍

We were thrilled to host the Founders Forum at the Cloudphysician Headquarters, where we gathered for a vibrant morning of strategic exchanges, cross-border insight, and shared ambition.

Our CEO, Dhruv Joshi, joined an inspiring group of healthcare and healthtech founders, along with Rajiv Doshi, Chair of the Stanford Biodesign Committee, and expert advisors from the U.S.

Founders shared what it really takes to scale in the U.S. — from navigating regulatory hurdles and conducting clinical trials to building data infrastructure.

What stood out wasn’t just the depth of knowledge, but the openness of the exchange. Hard questions were asked. Honest experiences were shared. This is the kind of open collaboration that drives real healthcare innovation forward.

Thank you to Saloni Doshi and the Stanford Biodesign team for helping create this space.

Conversations like these are what keep the innovations real.

Here’s to more such mornings that begin with breakfast... and end with bold ideas.

The true measure of a doctor lies in the impact they make on the lives they touch and the care they provide.

We asked our teams to write what they’ve always wanted to say to the doctors they work with.
The answers weren’t rehearsed. Just honest.

“Real gods don’t wear halos around their heads.”
“You saw me as a person, not just a case number.”
“Thanks for answering even the most obvious questions.”

These words came from nurses, engineers, and colleagues—the people who see, every day, how our doctors go the extra mile for their patients.

Our doctors care for their patients. They bring hope when things feel uncertain. They prove that the most advanced technology works best when guided by genuine human compassion.

To every doctor on the Cloudphysician team: Thank you for your healing hands, listening ears, and caring hearts. Your patients trust you with their most precious gift—their health, and you honor that trust every day.
