This patient reported with destroyed old metal ceramic restorations & demanded an esthetic & functional rehabilitation only involving his upper visible arch. Although, the lower arch demostrated multiple dental issues (overhanging bulky fillings, cervical decays & abrasions), the patient expressed his interest in restoring only the upper arch for the due course of time following certain personal issues. This patient reported with chipped off & discolored enamel & old tooth colored anterior fillings which lead to him being concious while speaking and smiling. Selective conservative tooth preparation was performed for lithium disilicate veneers (E.max) from canine to canine inaccordance to the patients smile line & buccal corridor space, correcting esthetics & anterior bite. Temporaries were given for a week for accomodation, after which the pernament restorations were cemented with special veneering cement. We were pleased to see our patients reaction to the results and couldnt have been happier.
