Good morning friends
I am feeling great as I put my thoughts about yoga before you all after a gap of over six months.
Of all the four ingredients (शांति, संतोष, सत्संग एवम विचार) essentialy needed to become a true YOGI we discuss the two here that are
*सत्संग* and *विचार*
Whenever we think of *सत्संग* our minds are so trained and preoccupied that it imagines a temple, a gathering and a saffron clad baba ji preaching about God.
In fact when we collectively discuss and learn about YOGA, understand its intricacies and imbibe it in our life we fulfill the requirement that is *सत्संग*
let me remind you here that each and every thing in the universe including ourselves is a unique combination of three qualities सत गुण, रज गुण and तम गुण। Now it is easier to understand what सत-संग truly means.
And when we perform *विचार* we sit back quietly with a stable, calm and free mind for some time for enquiry and analysis of the outcome of *सत्संग*
So my *vichar* makes me tell you all that there is a hidden YOGI in all of us. All those things in our routine life which makes us feel good and benevolent, is due to that obscured YOGI within us.
Life changes its course with time. At times we find ourselves in soup, the mind is upset, it ceases to be happy and *आनंदचित्त*।
In order to lead a near perfect life for ourselves we need to polish and strengthen the YOGI within us through regular practice.
