🔵 Screen time is “normal” now — but is your vision keeping up?
In our digital-heavy lives, many of us spend hours each day glued to phones, tablets or computers. That’s why at Sunayan Eye Care I want to draw your attention to the issue of digital eye strain, and share some practical tips to keep your eyes healthy.
📌 According to our recent blog “Digital Eye Strain: Tips for Screen‑Heavy Lives”, the key things to remember are:

Adjust your screen settings: brightness, contrast, font size and reduce glare.
Maintain proper screen distance & posture: about an arm’s length away, with screen slightly below eye level.

Ensure good lighting, stay hydrated and remind yourself that your eyes deserve a break — they’re working harder than you think!
