This girl came with advanced stage 3-4 keratoconus with best corrected visual acuity of 6/36 with refractive error of -16.0 D in both eyes. Performed c3r, stabilized her keratoconus. After 6months of follow up gave her rose k2 contact lenses with visual acuity of 6/6
