- Wear A Swim Cap Or Earplugs While Swimming.
- Maintain Good Ear Hygiene.
- Never Put Any External Object Inside Of Ear.
- Keep The Outside Portion Of Ear Clean.
- Avoid Using Anyone Else's Earphones.
- Keep Your Ears Covered When Exposed To Windy Environments.
- Avoid Shaking Ears Rigorously As It Could Cause Swelling And Pain.
