*5 yrs of academic exposure to the subject in Food Science and Nutrition via bachelors and Masters degree.
*Certified Diabetes Educator

Experience - Total 17 yrs
*Worked in various specialist area like clinical Nutrition, Community Nutrition, Corporate Nutrition, Research
*Having publication in Journal of Endocrinology & Metabolism.
*Invited as a Speaker in International Diabetes Summit for 4 years.
*Engaged in Webinars on Diet & Lifestyle related topics
*Co-Author in books like Diabetes Management and Hypertension Management
*Authored articles in Diabetes Health Magazines

My beliefs -
THERE CAN'T BE A STANDARD DIET TO EVERYONE'. Every individual is different with a different health and needs a different customized diet as per their nutritional and lifestyle need. I believe in helping you to incorporate a healthy eating habits in your routine by tracking down your eating habits, working hours, sleeping hours, your workout, food preference and your nutritional needs and educating you how food affect your health and fitness without complicating the act of eating, rather than tracking down your calorie intake , protein intake. I will be honored to share my experienced knowledge which will help you all to stay fit.
