Bright, bold and berry-beautiful! 💜 This smoothie bowl is not just a treat for the eyes; it’s full of vitamins, antioxidants and texture 🎉. From frozen berries to crunchy seeds, it’s my go-to for a delicious energy boost.

1. Wash, peel and slice the fruit.
2. Add the mixed berries + sliced fruit + water (or juice/kefir) into a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve in bowls. Top with the defrosted berries and sunflower seeds.
4. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey if you’d like a little sweetness.

If you’d rather sip it as a smoothie and it’s too thick, simply add more water to reach your preferred consistency.

Fuel your body and steady your energy with this functional medicine favorite:

🥗 Ingredients (1–2 servings)
• 1 cup mixed greens (spinach, kale, arugula)
• ½ cup steamed broccoli florets
• ½ avocado, sliced
• 1 salmon fillet (~100–120 g), grilled/baked/pan-seared
• 1 tbsp h**p seeds or chia seeds
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Salt + cracked black pepper
• Optional: fresh herbs or microgreens

🔪 Instructions

Place the greens as the base of your bowl.
Steam or blanch broccoli (keep it slightly crunchy).
Cook the salmon with light seasoning.
Layer greens, broccoli, avocado, and salmon.
Drizzle olive oil + lemon juice.
Sprinkle h**p or chia seeds. Add salt, pepper, herbs.
