It was a pleasure and honor to be a panelist with other eminent resource persons about the theme Lifestyle Midification in PCOS at E3: Evidence, Experience, and Excellence CME organized by the PCOS Society of India in collaboration with the Belgaum Obstetrics and Gynecological Society, the Department of OBGYN, JNMC, and the Hubli Dharward OBGYN Society.

Presenting the Body Fat Analysis of 47 years old women with Hypothyroidism and Early Menopause. We at Samagra Wellness Clinic worked only on decreasing her fat without touching her muscle mass and Metabolism. This happens only with the scientific approach. That's why everytime I say...stepping on weighing scale won't make much sense to me. The Body weight can be Multifactorial...Crash Diets and Fitness regimens leads to Muscle loss, water loss and may be some fat loss where as scientific approach leads to only Fat loss.
