A 40 yr old gentleman presented with pain abdomen, vomiting, anorexia and evaluated as Chronic Cholelithiasis. On entering the liver was cirrhotic and lap cholecystectomy was conducted with extreme care to avoid any liver injury and bleeding 😊❤️

A 35 yrs old lady presented to my chamber with severe pain abdomen, vomiting and obstipation. Investigated and found to be a ileo-ileal intussusception. Immediate emergency laparotomy done at Gitaram Hospital with reduction of intussusception and a diverticulum with a solid mass lesion noted to be the lead point. It was resected and anastomosis done. Patient discharged on 5th post operative day.

A 21 yr old lady presented with pain abdomen and distension of lower abdomen, high grade fever. She was investigated and noted to have multiloculated collection in pelvis - likely pelvic abscess. She has a history of having a LSCS 1 month back at a shaddy place in some remote place. On opening abdomen, the gut and omentum were severly plastered and pus was joted to come out from a sac like structure at RIF region. Rest nothing could be identified..Gynae opinion was taken and with the help of . Avirup Bandhyopadhyay and SR of Gynae, we were able to identify it as the uterus which had ruptured due to pyometra. Subtotal hysterectomy was done and bladder injury was also noted which was repaired.
