Dr.Suvankar Sarkar.
Homoeopathy is a system of treating diseases by the administration of drugs (sub physiological doses) which possess the power of producing similar changes in individual personality and consciousness during drug proving in healthy human beings i.e like cures like. Micro Stimuli can change cellular activity. In disease condition, when this artificial effect of drugs establish conscious to previous healthy level by eliminating natural discharges through natural outlets and establish normal wellbeing. Harrison says "All human diseases can be considered to result from an interaction between an individual's unique genetic make up and the environment " i.e immune system of our body. Wellbeing and quality of life are
are subjective individual characteristics that are measured best by self reporting. (e.g consciousness, appearance, abnormal movement, orientation & memory, perception, understanding, reasoning. )
Every nucleated cell of adult human body contains the same sett of genes ( individual identity) which originally present at the time fertilization ( n+n=2n ) the Zygote ,which form the adult human body.
Homoeopathy treat the patient not the disease, according to the principle of individualisation, symptoms similarity, some drugs may be prophylactic or curative.
Some indicated drugs which I prescribed in my outdoor patient since February 2020 to April 2020 was ,below 16 yrs aco.nap,bell,bryonia. alb, stramonium, cina, puls, merc.
Above16 to 60 yrs ARS ALBUM, nux.vom, stramonium, hyos, O***m, Codeinum, lachesis.
Some nosode may be remember.
In children Avaire,pertussinum, Bacillinum,
Adult 16 to 60 carcinosinum, hippozaenum, influenzinum, oscillococcinum, pyrogenium, tuberculinum.
Genus epidemicus must be indicated when large number of patient treated globally by the same drug now there is no such possibility.

What determine the genetic uniqueness of individuals and
Scientific approach to Homoeopathy.
Dr . Suvankar Sarkar.B.sc(with Physiology),D.H.M.S. Sports Science Physiotherapy.

Reproductive cells from each parent devide to produce gamets , egg & s***m cell, that contain only one half of each pair of chromosomes. The single haploid cell o**m(n) & s***m(n) fertilized form zygote(2n).
The journey of life begins with fertilization.
The zygote contains 23rd pairs of chromosomes. Two chromosomes are denoted as s*x chromosomes according to their shape i.e X &Y.FEMALE XX & MALE XY. Posssible combinations of the 23 chromosomes can result in 8million different out comes. Each male contain(23)&female contain(23) chromosomes possible out comes the zygote is one of 64 trillion(8 million x 8millions) possible combinations. The net out come is that a unique genotype is created at the moment of conception and this accounts for the genetic variation in the human species. Nature already clones people , in the form of identical twins there would be similarities , but also substantial differences . The gene expression , how genes are turned “off” and “on”. The environment plays an important role in how genes are expressed and therefore in how they influence mind and behavior. It is evidence that people might possess specific genes that have specific effects , turning “on” and “off” as much as mere possession that makes us who we are.
Male xy (2n) s***m haploid(n) gamete fertilized with female(2n) xx gamete o**m(n) form zygote(2n). XX x XY =xx,xy,xx,xy. This zygote is encoded with genes all the future structure (body) and character(mind).
Arthur C.Guyton the physiologist say’s “Almost every one knows that the genes control heredity from parents to children ,but most persons do not realize that same gene control the reproduction of and the day by day function of all cells.”The genes control the day to day cell functioning body(structural),character(mind).DNA RNAPROTIEN. Immune System & Vaccine .
Suvankar Sarkar Bsc(with physiology) D.H.M.S. Sports Science Physiotherapy.
The immune system produce by natural evolutionary processes to recognise and eliminate foreign molecules stimuli ( e.g antigen /pathogen = DNA > mRNA >Protien) through an integrated net work of cellular and molecular interactions , which provides the defence mechanism of human being against pathogens . Nucleic acid (microorganism ) contain genetic substance (memory i.e message code ) change the metabolic activity of host cell machinary for the formation of more pathogen.
Once the pathogen has been recognised through our innate immune system responds provide immediate defence to our body by activation phagocytic cell (e.g macrophages and neutrophils ) ,others complement proteins , acute phase proteins and mannose binding lectin ,antebacterial peptides etc.
Environmental stress alter the cellular activity of progenitor cells which is the link between stem cells and fully differentiated cells of the blood system ,tissues and organs. The common haematopoetic progenitor cell that give rise to lymphoid ,myeloid ,erythroid ,monocyte and megakarocyte lineages.
Through the order and sequential activation of a series of transcription factors the cell first becomes commited to the lymphoid lineage then give rise to B and T lymphocyte cell.
But if the pathogen persists adaptive immune response (a specialized form of host defence ) are activated. The response to a microbial (foreign protein ) antigen which is dependent on T cell help B cells are activated by the same antigen that has been recognized by T cells as a peptide.
Adaptive immunity represented by 1.cellmediated immunity & 2 . humoral immunity are mediated T lymphocyte and B lymphocytes respectively .
1. cell mediated immunity protect against microbes residing intracellularly .(Phagocytic cells are important in mediating innate immune responses)
2. humoral immunity protect against extracellular pathogens and their toxins . (Lymphocytes mediate specific or adaptive immunity . )
Now it is clear innate and adaptive immune responses from a highly integrated unit which functions to provide defence against invading microorganism(pathogen /antigen=foreign protein ).More specifically immune responses protect against infectious agents, harmful molecules(toxins) and cancer.
Self discrimination is an essential feature as it prevents damaging immune reactions against our own cells and tissues. When the immune responses to self - antigens do occur leading to auto immunity.
Immune responses to harmless foreign substances e.g dust, pollen , medication and even food molecules might cause injury to host tissues. These are hypersensitivity or allergic reactions.
Epithelial barriers of the host (innate immunity) represent the first line of defence against infection .Body surfaces are protected by epithelia e.g skin, linings of gastrointestinal tract ,respiratory tract and genitourinary tract . Mucus ,sweat ,tears ,nasal secretion, and saliva have the power to protect against infection .
Immunodeficency is a state that arises due to defects in one or more components of the immune system , either innate or adaptive (specific) .
Once the pathogen (e.g foreign protein=neuclic acid ) has been recognised by the immune system ( DNA memory)responds provide immediate defence to our body .
In the late nineteenth century Robert Koch elaborate the pathogens (disease causing agent).
So the idea of disease prevention was come early by the attempted to induce immunity by the same toxin (pathogen) which cause disease .Likes are treated by likes .Indian system of medicine treated bee sting by applying honey and mashed insect to the affected part .In the fifteenth century Chinese prevent smallpox inhaling dried crusts from small pox pustules or applying through skin cut .This technique called variolation .This technique quit common in Middle East. Lady Mary Wortley Montague introduced the method to western countries .
In the late eighteenth century Edward Jenner English physician notice that milk maids who are contacted to cow pox later immune to small pox. Jenner inoculated a young boy with pus of cow pox and letter exposed the boy to small pox which fail to cause disease. He concluded that cow pox virus had a protective effect against smallpox. Vaccination process for disease prevention start to inducing immunity.
Louis Pastur in 1879 introducing attenuation (weakening of a pathogen ) which led to the development of attenuation strains for use of vaccine e.g cholera and (rabies in 1885. )
Vaccination come from the Latin word “ vacca” meaning cow . In 1920 significant achievement was the development of Bacillus Calmette –gurin vaccine against tuberculosis .
Next 1955 -1959 Jerney ,Talmadge and Burnet developed the clonal selection theory of antibody production.
At the same time Salk and sabin developed inactivated & attenuated polio vaccine for preventing paralytic polio .
G.Kohelar and C.Milstein awarded Nobel prize in1984 for the development of a method for the production of monoclonal antibodies. The monoclonal antibodies are being used clinically for diagnosis, therapy in cancer immunotherapy , and imaging.
Vaccination generally involves ingestion through oral or injecting weak ,live ,or inactivated forms of pathogen or toxins into the living animal being immunized. Where transcription factors dictate the cellular response to stimuli and regulated by enhancers which play a major role in how animal cells respond to stimuli.
In human being vaccine is greatly influenced by the qualitative nature of the immune response cell mediated or humoral immunity required to mediate protection . Delivery via the epithelia of the Skin, Respiratory tract , Gastro Intestinal Tract & genitor urinary tract is an effective way of inducing immunological tolerance.
Safety ,protection & long lasting effects are perhaps the important features for an ideal vaccine .

Homoeopathy Understand First.
Dr.Suvankar Sarkar.
The Greek physician Hippocrates was the Father of Medicine. He separate medicine from superstition. He belief disease resulted from an imbalance of the four normal functioning body fluids i.e blood & lymph, mucus secreted from respiratory passages , liver &bile secretion and disturbance influenced by outside forces . He believed proper diet & hygienic manner prevent diseases. He also observed effect of food , occupation and climate changes causing disease .He observed that the complaints (individual manifestation ) or disease should be treated by contraries and disease condition as a whole to be removed by similar . By applying first method Galen was popular .After several centuries later Hahnemann establish second method , as a whole to be removed by similar .What is as a whole ? The complete man , the living and conscious being ,matter and consciousness ,super sensible integrated whole of mentalised living matter ,conscious personality from within, which can be individualised and perceived . Homoeopathy is a system of treating diseases by the administration of drugs ( sub physiological doses) which possess the power of producing similar changes in individual personality and consciousness during drug proving. This artificial effect of drugs establish consciousness to previous healthy level by eliminating natural discherges through natural outlet and establish normal wellbeing.Dr. Suvankar Sarkar,B.Sc with physiology, Sports Science Physiotherapy, DHMS. Immunomodulation is a kind of regulatory modification in the immune system so as to bring the desired response. In this review the immunomodulatory effects of homoeopathic medicines – Rhus toxicodendron, Mercurius solubilis, Echinacea, Aconitum, Lachesis and Apis – and homoeopathic combination remedy Canova® are discussed. The review was conducted using PubMed and references from the relevant articles. The keywords comprising the names of above homoeopathic medicines along with terms ‘immune function’, ‘cytokines’, etc., were used for search. The review shows that homoeopathic medicines produced modulation of immune function at multiple levels such as modulation of expression of genes, stimulation of macrophage and polymorph nuclear cells, changes in expression of surface receptors and induction of cytokines. Extensive studies are required to explore the immunomodulatory effects of vast number of homoeopathic medicines. Studies based on human-derived immune cells specifically need more attention.

Below is the review of some homoeopathy pre-clinical studies performed to explore the immunomodulatory action of homoeopathic medicines – Rhus toxicodendron (rhustox), Mercurius solubilis (Merc sol), Echinacea, Aconitum, Lachesis and Apis – and homoeopathic combination remedy Canova®. Canova® is a Brazilian medical formulation based on homoeopathic technique. It is composed of Aconitum napellus, Thuja occidentalis, Bryonia alba, Arsenicum album and Lachesis muta and
