There are a lot of people who give off when they talk about their relationship with their bodies or their health. They give various reasons, like โ€œIt sounds unrealistic. I could never do it. Do you even know how busy I am?โ€

These excuses regarding peopleโ€™s health and their response towards health is riddled with long historical explanations and ultimately they answer that โ€œThereโ€™s nothing one can do."

So exactly why people don't have/get interested about having a healthy lifestyle is because-

1. UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS- People spend a week or so exercising and eating better, and then they expect to fit into a smaller or their ideal size. No! You canโ€™t expect to lose 5kgs per week or more instantly ! Even if you do get that, remember it's not healthy. Healthy weight loss or weight gain or anything requires time.

2.CHANGING TO MUCH AT ONCE- Some people try to change everything at once, and ultimately their body doesn't permit sudden changes, and they stop doing it. Start with substituting one unhealthy choice with a healthy one and build from there. Always take Baby steps.

3. MAKING TEMPORARY CHANGES-
Your โ€œdietโ€ needs to be a permanent lifestyle change, not temporary. Otherwise you will find yourself eating unhealthy foods more often, or even gain back the weight you lost and all that hard work for nothing.

4. USING FOR AS A REWARD -
Some people will say after they lose a certain amount of weight they will reward themselves with fast food or sweets. Once they consume the unhealthy food, however, they might have a hard time going back to healthy eating. Youโ€™re not an animal, donโ€™t reward yourself with food. Try rewarding yourself with something positive and stay on track, like a new pair of pants, shoes, or getting a makeover.

5. NOT HAVING MORAL SUPPORT.
No support also causes you to have no one to check you while changing your lifestyle. Even if there isn't anyone to support you morally or to track you, then find someone or something who will take part in your journey.
