COPD - Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease symptoms include shortness of breath, chest discomfort, frequent cold and flu. Tens of millions of people around the world suffer from COPD, a life threatening lung disease. It mostly affects elderly people and in severe conditions they become unable to perform their day to day activities.

In this unprecedented COVID- 19 time, world is facing a crisis of not only medicines but also certain life saving medical equipments like BIPAP machines and Oxygen Concentrators. There is Acute shortage of oxygen beds across the country. As a responsible organization, Axa Parenterals Ltd. has not only imported Medical grade CE approved Oxygen Concentrators and BIPAP machines to help the society at large in the scarcity, but also we are helping to make aware the public on the correct usage of devices. Dr.Praveen Salar, known intensivist in northern part of India guides us on the optimal usage of devices and how a normal bed can be converted into oxygen bed with the help of Oxygen concentrator and an ICU bed can be converted into ICU bed with ventilator with the help of BIPAP and oxygen concentrator and we can fight against the scarcity of oxygen beds across the country.
