At the Holy place of Triveni Sangam of Veraval, where three holy rivers Hiran, Kapila, and Saraswati merge into the Arebian sea, I offered Jal Arpan and bowed in Surya Namaskar,

a spiritual act of union between the body, breath, and the cosmos.

Triveni — where सत्व, रज, तम meet
Jal Arpan — where ego dissolves in surrender
Surya Namaskar — where inner light bows to cosmic light

In this stillness, the body becomes a temple, breath becomes the mantra, and the sun becomes the guru

Let each sunrise awaken inner light. Let each offering dissolve the ego. Let each moment be a step toward Swasthya — where ‘Swa + Sthit’ = Staying rooted in the Self.

"सूर्य आत्मा जगतस्तस्थुषश्च" — The Sun is the soul of all that moves and does not move.

May the sacred rays illuminate our manas, prana, and atma.

"આઝાદી કા અમૃત મહોત્સવ" નિમિત્તે ministry of Ayush ગવર્મેન્ટ ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા ના સહકારથી તેમજ INO (ઇન્ટરનેશનલ નેચરોપથી ઓર્ગેનાઇઝેશન) અને લીલાવતી નેચર ક્યોર યોગા રિસર્ચ સેન્ટર(જામનગર) ના સંયુક્ત ઉપક્રમે holistic approach for healthy life ઉપર નેશનલ સેમિનાર ઓન naturopathy and yoga જે જામનગરમાં તારીખ 28 29 may 2022 ના રોજ યોજાયેલો જેમાં મને "Mnd Body Medicine" ઉપર વક્તા તરીકે વક્તવ્ય આપવાનો અવસર પ્રાપ્ત થયેલ.

આ આખો નેચરોપથી નેશનલ સેમિનાર ના પાછળ મહેનત કરનાર સૌરાષ્ટ્ર રીજીયન ના હોદ્દેદારો Amarjitsinh Ahluwalia, ડો. હિતેશભાઈ, ડો.રાઘવ પુજારા તેમજ તેમની સમગ્ર INO અને લીલાવતી નેચરકયોર ની ટીમને ધન્યવાદ પાઠવું છું તમને ખૂબ જ સુંદર અને સફળ કાર્યક્રમ નું આયોજન કરેલ વલ્લભભાઈ કથીરિયા, INO president અનંત બિરાદરજી તેમજ લીલાવતી નેચર ક્યોર યોગા રિસર્ચ સેન્ટરના trustee R K, Keshubhai, Hariya saheb તેમજ મારા પૂજ્ય ગુરુ Dr. Arpan Bhatt નો આભારી છું અને રોગ મુક્ત ભારત અભિયાન અંતર્ગત કાર્યક્રમ ની વાત માં રોગ મુક્ત ભારત કરતા આરોગ્ય યુક્ત ભારત હોવું જોઈએ તેવું મારું સજેશન સ્વીકારવામાં આવ્યું તે બદલ ડોક્ટર વલ્લભ કથીરિયા નો આભારી છું.

આવા કાર્યક્રમો જેટલા વધુ ને વધુ થતા રહેશે એટલી સમાજ પર આરોગ્યની સારી અસરો ઉભી થતી રહેશે આરોગ્યપ્રદ રહેવા માટે ની જે સમજ હાલ છે તેને બદલવા માટે એ સમજવું જરૂરી છે કે જેટલા બ્યુટી પાર્લર વધતા જાય તેટલી સુંદરતા વધતી હોતી નથી તેમજ જેટલી હોસ્પિટલો દાવખાના વધતા જાય તેનો મતલબ એવો નથી કે આરોગ્ય વધી ગયુ છે

"આરોગ્યપ્રદ રહેવા માટે તો જાત મહેનત જિંદાબાદ એ મંત્ર જ ખરો"

ઉંડા શ્વાસ લેવા કરત કોઈક ને રહત ના શ્વાસ લેવા દેવા એ પણ યોગ જ છે

યોગી બનીયે એ કરતા સમાજ ને ઉપયોગી બનીયે એ પણ યોગ જ કહેવાય

યોગ કરો કે ના કરો સાહેબ ......પણ કોઈકને જરૂર હોય ત્યારે " સહયોગ જરૂર કરજો !!*

*!! એ પણ યોગ જ કહેવાય !!*

તારીખ 8/5/2022 ના રોજ યોજાયેલ નેશનલ કોન્ફરન્સ ઓન ઈમોશનલ ડિટોક્સીફિકેશન માં જોડાયેલ તમામ નારીશક્તિને વંદન.

પૃથ્વી પર માનવ જીવનનો આરંભ થયો છે ત્યારથી જ સ્ત્રી અને પુરુષ અસ્તિત્વમાં આવ્યા છે. સ્ત્રી હો કે પુરુષ હોવું એ જન્મ નો અકસ્માત છે. પરંતુ બંનેમાંથી પ્રગટતો માણસ એ ઈશ્વરનું ઉપવસ્ત્ર છે.
સ્ત્રી કે પુરુષ કોણ ચડિયાતું તેવી ચર્ચા અસ્થાને છે. સ્ત્રી પુરુષ ને જન્મ આપી શકે છે, તેથી વિશેષ સાબિતી શું હોઈ શકે? તેથી જ આપણે વ્યવહારમાં સ્ત્રીને પુત્ર થી વધુ માનતા અને એટલે જ "પુત્રવધુ" કહેતા કે જે પુત્ર થી વધુ છે. જેનું આખું ઘર ઋણી છે. ઋણ સ્વીકાર કરવાની ભાવનાથી ગૃહિણી કહેતા. બા અને બાપા મતલબ કે બાના પા ભાગ ના (૨૫ %) છે, તે બાપા અને બા પૂર્ણ ( 100%), આવી ઊંડી સમજ, આચરણ અને વ્યવહાર અસ્તિત્વમાં હતા. પંચતત્વમાં જે જળ તત્ત્વનો સ્વભાવ છે તે સ્ત્રી ને મળતો આવે છે. જેમ જળ કોઈપણ આકાર અને બીબામાં પોતાને ગોઠવી લે છે ( ઢાળી લે છે ). તે સ્ત્રી પણ જન્મથી મૃત્યુ સુધી પોતાની યાત્રા માં દીકરી, બહેન, પત્ની, દેરાણી, જેઠાણી, માતા, કાકી, દાદી, સાસુ, નાની, મામી જેવા બીબામાં ઢાળી શકે છે. આથી જ ભારતને બાપાની બદલે ભારતમાતા, નદી માતા, ધરતીમાતા એવા ઉપનામથી સંબોધવું ગૌરવપૂર્ણ લાગે છે. માતા શબ્દથી જ આદર છલકાતો હોય તેવું લાગે છે.
આ નેશનલ કોન્ફરન્સમાં પ્રત્યક્ષ કે પરોક્ષ રીતે જે નારી શક્તિ જોડાયેલ તેમજ મંચ પરથી પોતાની સૂઝબૂઝ, વ્યવહાર કુશળતા સાથે વૈજ્ઞાનિક અભિગમ, સંશોધનો ની સાથે પોતાના વિષયો રજૂ કર્યા. જેમણે આવી ગરમીમાં પડદા પાછળ રહી તમામ જવાબદારી ઉઠાવી સતત દોડતા રહી અને આ કોન્ફરન્સ સફળ થાય તે માટે કરેલા પ્રયત્નો બદલ નત મસ્તક છું. ફરીથી તમામ નારીશક્તિને વંદન.
