Delivery के बाद कितना Rest करना चाहिए? 🤱💛

बच्चे के जन्म के बाद माँ का शरीर शारीरिक और मानसिक दोनों रूप से रिकवर करता है। सामान्य डिलीवरी हो या सी-सेक्शन, कम से कम 6 हफ्तों तक उचित आराम, संतुलित आहार और हल्की-फुल्की गतिविधियाँ बेहद ज़रूरी हैं।
