बीमा आयुक्त (का. एवं प्र.) श्री रत्नेश कुमार गौतम ने ईएसआईसी उप-क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय, लखनऊ का निरीक्षण किया और सेवा गुणवत्ता एवं कर्मचारियों को उपलब्ध सुविधाओं का मूल्यांकन किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने शाखा अधिकारियों के साथ श्रम सुधार संहिता से संबंधित विषयों पर चर्चा की एवं पणधारकों को जागरूक करने, SPREE-2025 अभियान, राजस्व एवं वसूली लक्ष्यों पर विशेष ध्यान देने एवं बीमाधारकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित निस्तारण हेतु आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए।
