**Eye Mole – Don’t Ignore It**

A small mole seen in the eye is often harmless, but if it starts **increasing in size, changing color, spreading, or causes irritation or pain**, do not take it lightly.

In some cases, it may be a sign of conditions like **MELANOCYTOMA** or **CONJUNCTIVAL MELANOSIS**.

These problems often look like a simple mole in the beginning, which is why people tend to *ignore* them. However, if not checked in time, they can later become a serious threat to eye health.

👉 If you or someone close to you has a mole in the eye and you notice any change, consult an **Ophthalmologist / Eye Specialist** for an immediate *check-up*.

Early detection is the most important way to protect your vision.

'आँख का तिल' – इसे नज़रअंदाज़ न करें

आँख में दिखाई देने वाला छोटा-सा तिल कई बार सामान्य होता है, लेकिन अगर इसका आकार बढ़ रहा हो, रंग बदल रहा हो, फैल रहा हो या जलन/दर्द हो, तो इसे हल्के में न लें।

कुछ मामलों में यह MELANOCYTOMA या CONJUNCTIVAL MELANOSIS
जैसी समस्या का संकेत हो सकता है।

ये बीमारियाँ शुरुआत में साधारण तिल जैसी ही लगती हैं, इसलिए लोग अक्सर इन्हें ignore कर देते हैं। लेकिन समय रहते जाँच न कराई जाए, तो आगे चलकर यह आँखों के लिए गंभीर खतरा बन सकती हैं।

👉 अगर आपकी या किसी अपने की आँख में तिल है और उसमें कोई बदलाव दिख रहा है, तो Ophthalmologist / Eye Specialist से तुरंत check-up कराएँ।

समय पर पहचान ही आँखों की रोशनी बचाने का सबसे बड़ा उपाय है।
