Attended the World Rheumatology Forum (WRF) 2026, Raipur (14–15 March 2026) as faculty (Poster Judge).

Excellent academic sessions, especially on Myositis and Psoriatic Arthritis, with engaging discussions and practical insights.

A special highlight was reconnecting with my DM guide, Dr. Mithun CB sir, along with rheumatology colleagues, my old friend Dr. DD Nagar (Pediatric Cardiologist), and Dr. Chandan Bajad (GI Pathologist).

Kudos to the organizers for hosting such a well-curated and enriching academic event.

Academic exchange at the Rheumatologist–Ophthalmologist Interface, Bhopal (21 Feb 2026).

Had the privilege of chairing engaging sessions by Dr. Prateek Deo, Dr. Krati Gupta, and Dr. Saurabh Deshmukh, focusing on collaborative management of dry eyes and uveitis.

Great discussions highlighting the importance of interdisciplinary care. The event was organised by Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital.

Community care in action 💙

We organised free Schirmer’s Test and BMD (DEXA scan) camps at Minal OPD on 03/02/26.

🔹 Schirmer’s Test: screening for eye dryness in autoimmune diseases
🔹 BMD (DEXA): early detection of osteoporosis

✨ About 100 patients benefited from this initiative, reinforcing the importance of early and preventive care.

Honored to be invited to deliver a talk on “ *Sjogren’s Disease – Updates in Assessment* ” at the Rheumatology Update organized by the *Vidarbha Rheumatology Association* , held at Tadoba on 17/01/2026.

More than the talk, it was _truly a rich learning experience_ , with insightful discussions on *recent advances in Lupus, Antiphospholipid Syndrome, and Sjogren’s Disease* .

Interacting with colleagues and exchanging perspectives always adds immense value to clinical practice.
