✨ Friday Flow at Yoga Therapy Kendra ✨
Today’s class was all about strength, balance, and gratitude 🌿
We practiced:
💪 Falkasan (Yogic Plank) – on full hand & elbow variations for core strength
🐾 Marjari Plank – blending mobility with stability
🌸 Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge) – to open hips & energize
🤸♀️ Side Plank – building power & alignment
We began with gentle warm-ups and closed with a deeply soothing Yoga Nidra, thanking every organ, joint, and muscle for supporting us in this journey. 🌺
